What to bring:

A great attitude

Proper footwear for a wet deck

Water resistant jacket and warm base layer(s) as conditions can be different on the water than on land

Sunglasses

Drinking water and beverages

Snacks or a lunch for your group, soft sided cooler are preferred

Sunscreen (no spray or aerosol as it stains boat upholstery)

Motion sickness medication/devices if prone.

Children ages 12 and under MUST wear a life jacket at all times to comply with USCG regulations.  Lifejackets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Payment

We prefer checks made out to Nauset Charters.  We also accept cash.

We do not accept credit cards.

We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or digital currency.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be added to your chosen form of payment at the completion of your charter/tour. If you enjoy your experience, the industry standard is 20-25% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy

For full refund, 5 Days cancellation notice is required.

Any cancellation within 5 days for any reason (except illness) will require payment in full.

We run trips through rain, shine, and wind at the Captain’s discretion.  Safety is priority.

All scheduled times are subject to change at the Captain’s discretion, please remain flexible.

Safety

U.S.C.G. law dictates that all children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times while on board.  We encourage bringing and wearing your own life vests or we will provide life vests for your children.  Please inform the Captain prior to the charter of your children's ages and approximate size.

Drugs & Alcohol

Hard alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are strictly forbidden aboard the vessel. Glass bottles are not allowed on board. Canned beer/seltzer is allowed. No more than two alcoholic beverages per passenger per trip, must be 21+. No smoking is allowed on the vessel.

Fishing Licenses

Nauset Charters Massachusetts State Charter Boat License covers everyone on the vessel during for-hire charters.

You do NOT need to purchase a saltwater fishing license.

Please don’t bring:

Dark soled footwear, avoid sneakers that are not marked “non marking”. These will leave hard to clean marks on the boat.
